How quickly can you turn listings around?
Standard turnaround is 5 business days from receiving your property details and brief. Priority turnaround (2-3 business days) is available for Full Suite clients and all retainer clients. If you have an urgent listing, reach out and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
What do you need from me to get started?
Property details (address, specs, features, price), a few photos or a walkthrough if available, any specific selling points or things you love about the property, and your preferred tone. The more you share, the better the copy. I’ll send a simple brief template to make it easy.
Do you write for all price points or just luxury?
Both. My background is in luxury but great copy isn’t just for high-end listings. Every property deserves to be presented compellingly, whether it’s a $300K starter home or a $3M waterfront estate. The approach is just calibrated differently.
Can you match my existing brand voice?
Yes, and it’s one of the things I do best. Send me examples of copy you love, your bio, past listing descriptions, anything that represents how you communicate. I’ll write in your voice, not mine.
