Full Branding and Marketing Project For the Pre-Order Launch of Captain Jack Swim

The primary goal was to increase brand awareness and market the pre-order launch for Captain Jack Swim. The areas I worked on included: branding, social media management, content creation, email marketing, digital design, community building, and influencer marketing.

Branding

Created a brand booklet with an outline of fonts, colors, brand voice, etc so that all content stayed on brand.

  • sketched logo and worked with a graphic designer to tweak and create the final product

  • Created: business cards and stickers for promotion

Created phone wallpapers and social media posts to be shared by the Captain Jack Swim Community.

Social Media Campaign

The #CaptainJackSwimChallenge was a social media campaign created to increase brand awareness and encourage Captain Jack Swim’s community to implement sustainable habits into their lifestyle. Entries had to show a sustainable choice (ex: using a reusable water bottle or Starbucks cup instead of single-use items) and utilize the hashtag #CaptainJackSwimChallenge and tag @CaptainJackSwim.

Timeline: The campaign ran for 2 months. The winner was chosen and sent a gift card.

IImpact:

  • Over 250 entries on IG and Twitter

  • 2000 weekly profile views

  • Established a strong community around the brand who shared the brands values of ocean conservation

Influencer Marketing Campaign

Researched influencers that had high engagement rates and a following in the target demographic. Reached out to @nattbfit and offered a free bikini in exchange for 1 in-feed post on Instagram to her 311K+ followers. She agreed and shared her honest opinion in the post.

Impact: Increased Instagram following by 250%
